William Marcus "Bill" Robinson in honor of himself and his sister Blanche

William Marcus “Bill” Robinson established the William Marcus and Ira Blanche Robinson fund through his bequest. The fund honors Bill’s memory as well as that of his sister Blanche, who became mother and father to him when their parents died when Bill was only 12 years old.
