Wells Fargo Scholarship
(Scholarship funds received through Gaston College)
These scholarships are distributed among the 58 colleges in the community college system, which may be distributed in two payments: fall semester, $250; and spring semester, $250. To qualify as a candidate for this scholarship, a person must be full-time student enrolled in the second year of a two-year educational/technical program, must demonstrate financial need and scholastic promise, and must use the scholarship to pay for books, tuition, and transportation. The College shall establish a special committee to select recipients of the scholarship.
